Intuition, now that it has gained as much scientific credibility as it has had esoteric respect in the past, is widely accepted as a mode of intelligence and cognitive capacity.

It has always been grouped with processes far closer to instinct than to conscious rational deduction. Yet at the very same time, it seems to be the very evolved culmination of the conscious deductive reasoning process, just faster and more accurate, accounting for things of which we may not be very aware when we make thinking decisions.

What was regarded as the domain of gypsies at flea markets being gifted at nothing more than “cold reading” gullible subjects for cash, is now being understood as a superintelligence of universal proportions? Ultimately it too breaks down to the stuff we are all made of.

Atoms, electrons, waves, strings. Where does deduction become firing synapses? And when do enough synapses fire in the right ways to produce thought?

The only secret to intuitions is that fuzzy grey area where we don’t quite understand where the conclusions came from without being conscious of thinking.

There is no logical way to the discovery of these elemental laws. There is only the way of intuition, which is helped by a feeling for the order lying behind the appearance. (Albert Einstein)

So, is the secret to intuition is that there is no secret. It’s there, it’s just a matter of learning how (here’s where the rational thought bit comes in)  to use it.

Learning may involve something as simple as:

Committing to a program where you set aside time to “go within”.

Creating a “wind-down” routine before bedtime where you give your intuition the space to grow.

Finding ways to slow down your daily mental race and let your thoughts happen organically rather than forced deductive reasoning leading to conclusions.

Or as complex as enrolling for a course in a meditation technique or practice.

“Go within” time

“Your time is limited, don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown your own inner voice. Everything else is secondary.” – Steve Jobs

Synctution’s programs are created to facilitate the development of your inner, “bordering consciousness” states. These are the states where a different set of brainwaves than the normal daily waking alert.

Synctuition is focused on specific outcomes. Goals are items you can check off a list, whereas an “outcome” is the result of entrainment and habituation of new behavior. This is a positive, desirable, cultivated aftereffect.

Creating a “wind-down” routine

When you spend the last 30 mins of your day on your smartphone, being bombarded by screen white and blue light, then switch off and go to sleep, you either will have difficulty falling asleep, or your sleep is likely to be of poor quality. You are attempting to turn on a theta (relaxed) delta (healthy sleeping) state while your brain is still jumping around on the Beta (alert to hyperalert) frequencies stimulated by your phone/ screen use.

Studies are emerging that show that smartphone use too soon before bedtime has a huge impact on mental and physical health.

The Synctuition program is designed specifically to fit into a modern lifestyle, wedging a gap for you to devote to your own self and inner-self development. Doesn’t the rational you feel good that you’ve created time for the rest of yourself?

Some of the benefits you can expect immediately are:

Improving the quality of sleep through extreme relaxation

Increases serotonin and endorphin levels as a result of good sleep

Develops your intuition by making you take time for inner development

Drags you away from daily worries by allocating yourself me-time.
